Ordering

Methods

Ordering can be done by phone, email, or online (coming soon). When I receive your order, I will email your order confirmation. After ordering,your piece will be put aside to be shipped out upon receiveing payment (delivery arrival will depend on your choice of shipping). If you don't receive an order conformation from me within the first or second day of ordering, email or call a.s.a.p. Do not send payment until you have received your order confirmation!

Product Uniqueness

Remember! You can only order one of each unique piece from my site unless it's for some special occasion requiring duplicate pieces (Such as weddings, groups, clubs, etc...). Please call (843) 532-1908 in advance for these special circumstances. Occassionally, I will duplicate pieces if it becomes a popular design and most important, if the beads are available!

As soon as a piece has sold, I will make every effort to change it's availability on the web site. Since I only make one of a kind pieces, there is always that possibility someone else has or is ordering the same piece before this web site is updated. If this occurs, whatever order I receive first gets the piece!

Return Policy

If you're not pleased with your order for whatever reason, just email or call me within 2 days after receiving your order and you will be credited as soon as I receive the merchandise back in the same condition that it was shipped in. You will be responsible for 1/2 the shipping! Damages must be reported at time of delivery.

Repairs

Repairs on a piece are free within the first month from date of purchase. All repairs after the first month will be charged according to difficutlty of repair.

Exchanges

We do even exchanges and if it's lesser than the original price, you are issued store credit, if it's greater than the original price, you pay the difference. Shipping cost are your responsibility on exchanges!

Do not send payment until you have received confirmation!

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal! Credit card payments will be handled directly through One Love Creations. Our online store uses PayPal. Both credit card and PayPal transactions are secure.

We are sorry for the inconvienence, but we do not accept personal checks!

Shipping

We have UPS ground, Air, and International service available. Rates vary according to size, weight, and package destination. You will be sent a confirmation notice and total before any products are shipped.

Taxes

South Carolina residents must include sales tax with their order.
